4 MINIMAL DAILY SKINCARE STEPS

Skin care is one of those things that can get confusing real fast. There is so much out there that we feel we need 1000’s of products to keep our skin soft and healthy. Some of these products go into the hundreds price tag and the regular girl can’t afford such price tag. I think we see our favourite celebrities using these products and we want our skins to look like theirs so we try to keep up but some of our pockets don’t go that deep lol not yet anyway. I also don’t think we need to use so many products on our skin everyday when some of them do the same job and then they end up clogging your pores or make your skin breakout.

So here are 4 minimal daily skincare steps

MORNING ROUTINE

FACE WASH

You use the face wash daily to clean away any excess oils and dirt.

VITAMIN E OIL

Vitamin E oil helps slow down ageing, wrinkles as well as fine lines. It also helps give your skin a youthful look.

DAY FACE CREAM WITH SPF

This is to protect your face from all the elements like air conditioning, UV rays, pollution etc

NIGHT TIME ROUTINE

FACE SCRUB

Face scrubs gently help remove dead skin cells from you skin and it helps reduce the chances of clogged pores or acne breakouts. Using a face scrub can also help even your complexion and give you brighter skin but remember not to use it everyday as it can dry out your skin.

VITAMIN E OIL

This can be used day or night but if your worried about having shinny, oily skin then skip it in the morning and use it only at night.

NIGHT CREAM

Night creams help repair your skin, it also helps with cell renewal as well as to retain moisture for your skin.

P.S you can also use glycolic acid tonic 5% to help brighten and tone your skin and to also waken your skin.

That’s it guys a simple daily skin routine that can probably take you 5 or 10 to do.

What’s your skincare routine and how long does it take you to do?
